Three police officers die in crash in southeast Turkey

Three police officers have lost their lives in an accident on the Diyarbakır Mardin highway in southeast Turkey.
A car coming from the opposite direction allegedly smashed through the barriers and crashed right into the police vehicle killing police officers Ömer Mercimek, Ahmet Yıldırım, Sıtkı Kara. The two injured people in the other car are said to be in hospital.
