A barber in Istanbul's Sultanbeyli, Serdar Arslan has died in a local hospital on Wednesday.
Arslan was in intensive care for ten days after receiving a blow to the head by a PKK militant. His fight to survive came to end late Wednesday as he died of head trauma.
