Eight people have been killed as a result of simultaneous bomb attacks carried out by the self-proclaimed Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS) in the northern Syrian border towns of Havarkilis and Mara, close to Turkey's southern province of Kilis.
A number of people were injured as a result of the attack and were brought to the Turkish town of Kilis by ambulances to receive medical treatment. Those in critical conditions were transported to hospitals in nearby provinces for treatment.
According to local sources, the attack targeted the control center of the Free Syrian Army (FSA).
It was reported that security forces have tightened the security precautions along the Syria-Turkey border line.
