Türkiye’s Turkuvaz Media Group receives three Stevie Awards for innovation in digital news publishing, securing one Gold and two Bronze awards at the Middle East and North Africa Stevie Awards.

The awards are presented during a gala ceremony held Sept. 11 in Istanbul, where organizations and business representatives from across the Middle East and North Africa gather.

Turkuvaz Media won all three awards in the “Award for Innovation in News Websites” category.

Fikriyat received the Gold Stevie Award, while the Sabah website and Ahaber website each received Bronze awards in the same category.

More than 1,400 entries were evaluated for this year’s awards, with Mustafa Yüce, general manager of Digital Publications at Turkuvaz Media, accepting the awards on behalf of the group.

Yüce said the recognition reflected the work of Turkuvaz Media’s teams and highlighted the group’s focus on innovation in digital publishing.

“Receiving these Stevie Awards on behalf of Turkuvaz Media Group is a great source of happiness. Behind this achievement are our colleagues who come up with ideas every day, solve problems and work hard to improve what they do. I am proud to lead such a team,” he said.

Yüce added that innovation remained central to the group’s digital publishing strategy, particularly its efforts to combine technology and journalism and make reliable information more accessible to readers.

He said the group was also exploring opportunities offered by artificial intelligence while maintaining reader trust and improving user experience.

“Having the work we develop in Türkiye recognized internationally gives us the courage to bring new ideas to life,” Yüce said, thanking his colleagues, the Stevie Awards and jury members.

Turkuvaz Media Group, which operates television, newspapers, magazines, radio and digital platforms, has continued to invest in technology, data-driven publishing and new content formats as part of its digital transformation strategy.

The Stevie Awards, which recognize business achievements across various sectors, receive more than 12,000 entries annually from more than 70 countries.
