Syria's Foreign Minister Walid al-Moualem asked Turkey on Wednesday to reconsider its response to President Bashar al-Assad's speech on Monday, which Turkish President Abdullah Gül said was not enough.
He also said that his country wants "best relations with Turkey". Moualem told a press conference in Damascus that he was confident there would be no foreign military intervention in his country and that a no-fly zone would not be imposed.
