ISTANBUL — Turkish Yes Car Rental and Tourism Investments Company have brought Enterprise, the largest car rental company in the world, to Turkey. At a press conference held on June 4, Yes Car Rental said Enterprise would have a noticeable impact on Turkish markets with its business concept "customer satisfaction comes first" and spoke about the company's targets for the future.

Yes Car Rental has been providing service in the Turkish car rental sector since 1990 and is aiming to provide customer and employee satisfaction, convenient prices, quality and innovation to the sector in cooperation with Enterprise which rents out 1.4 million vehicles worldwide.

Yes Car Rental has helped the sector develop through its first mobile application in 2012 and the first airline-rent a car partnership in 2010 with Onur Air and in 2012 with Anadolu Jet. Vice Chairman of Yes Car Rental Özarslan Tangün stated that "Our 10-year partnership with Enterprise will provide mobility for the sector. Combining the vision and experience of Enterprise with our experience and history in the Turkish car rental market will bring a new perspective to the sector. One of the most important companies in the sector, Yes Car Rental Company has 2,500 vehicles and 45 offices in 25 cities. Our first target is to increase the number of offices to 60 by the end of 2015. Within three years, moreover, we are planning to expand our vehicle fleet capacity to 5,000 vehicles and make an investment over TL 150 million. Enterprise aims to bring its global motto into action in Turkey: "Take care of your customers and employees first, and profit will take care of itself."

"The most important part of improving our business relies on customer satisfaction and we are continuing to train all of our staff and shape business processes in accordance with that. Thanks to the experiences and strong brand structure of Enterprise, we will reach our targets in a short time," said Adnan Başdemir, chairman of Yes Can Rental.
