Police in capital Ankara Tuesday detained Tünay Şentürk, an alleged member of RedHack, a notorious group of hackers that was behind a string of cyberattacks in recent years.
Şentürk is the brother of a police chief dismissed from duty for his links to the Gülenist Terror Group (FETÖ) and was wanted for leaking confidential documents online and attempting to overthrow the constitutional order.
He was behind the leak of documents relating to infamous National Intelligence Organization (MİT) trucks case where FETÖ-linked prosecutors and troops seized trucks belonging to the country's intelligence service.
