A formal funeral ceremony is being held in Istanbul's Eyüp Sultan Mosque for the prosecutor Mehmet Selim Kiraz, who was brutally murdered by two terrorists from the DHKP-C terror organization in the hostage situation at Istanbul's Çağlayan Courthouse on Tuesday evening.
A religious ceremony will take place after noon prayer at the mosque which many state officials are attending, including Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu, Parliamentary Speaker Cemil Çiçek, Deputy PM Numan Kurtulmuş.
