Turkey'snational carrier Turkish Airlines (THY) was selected by the web-based "The Daily Meal" food, travel and fun appraisal portal as among the best in the world in terms of service in the economy section.
The finding, based on customer comments and aviation assessment agencies, rated the THY among the world's top 10.
The Daily Meal also said that the quality of an airline firm should be decided based not only on the service it provides to first class or business passengers but also to economy passengers, which make up the majority.
