Death toll at least 10 in Kenyan blasts: government office

NAIROBI — The death toll in twin blasts on Friday in the Kenyan capital Nairobi rose to at least 10 with close to 70 people wounded, the National Disaster Operations Center said.
The injured were taken to nearby hospitals and the Kenyan Red Cross was setting up a blood donation center, the center said on its official Twitter feed.
