One day, he receives a call from his hometown where he grew up but hasn't visited for a long time. His brother has suffered a cardiac arrest, and his condition is critical, making Lee very anxious. His life will change with the news that he hears from the hospital. The film stars Casey Affleck in the leading role, Michelle Williams, Kyle Chandler, Gretchen Mol and Lucas Hedges.
