Leyla Emadi has removed the stigma surrounding trauma, of which she has experienced personally, by presenting her intimate, inner world and pain in her exhibition "Wounds."

As the first stage in a long-term project, the exhibition reflects a universal healing process through canvas.

Emadi is well-known for her use of engraving, paints and paper, and her expertise is reflected in "Wounds," as well. The exhibition is being held at Büyükdere35 Culture and Art Platform until Nov. 18 and promises to open your eyes to the artist's inner thoughts, while raising your own awareness and understanding.
