South Korea's POSCO, the world's No.3 steelmaker, said on Friday that it has decided to invest $350 million to build a cold-rolled stainless steel factory in Turkey.
POSCO said it would start construction of the 200,000-tonne annual capacity plant in 2011, aiming to complete it in 2013.
