After Prime Minister Tayyip Erdoğan’s well-known ‘One Minute’ outburst at the Davos World Economic Forum, it appears now the forum will be held in Istanbul every year.
According to an announcement by Cüneyd Zapsu , Chairman of the Executive Board of Cüneyd Zapsu Consulting, The World Economic Forum, who hold Davos, will be coming to Istanbul every year from now on, beginning with next year's meeting which will be held from June 19th to the 22nd.
Zapsu states, "This is not just a one-time forum. In the past we have held one or two regional meetings in Turkey, however this will not be one of those regional meetings. According to an arrangement with Davos founder Prof. Swaft, from here on out the forum will be scheduled around the same time every year."
