According to data released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK), the services confidence index increased to 97.5 percent in December, an uptick of 0.8 percent from November's statistics. The increase in the services confidence index is believed to have stemmed from the increased number of managers evaluating the improved business situation over the past three months. An increase in demand-turnover over the next three months is now expected.
