The Minister of Municipalities and Infrastructure, Abdel Karim Younis Al Ansari of the Republic of Iraq, noted that ISIS causes great harm to the infrastructure in Iraq and therefore, he requested all terror recourses of ISIS to be eliminated and no more financial aid to be provided to them.
He stated that they are working on rebuilding Iraq and the Iraqi economy, and this has revived sectors with domestic capital. Ansari also noted that with its crude oil and tourism, Iraq offers various investment opportunities. Ansari noted that they are willing to welcome support from Turkish businessmen to rebuild Iraq together.
He stated that Turkish companies may focus on establishing shopping malls, shops, tourist facilities, entertainment areas and various plants in Iraq. "We are aware a better economy and real investments cannot be achieved without stability and security," added Ensari, and noted that they are guaranteeing peace and stability to all Iraqi citizens in the near future. He also underlined that they are fighting ISIS on behalf of the whole world, and they want help to prevent any kind of support from reaching ISIS.
