Mitsubishi Electric to produce air conditioners in Turkey for Europe

Mitsubishi Electric, among the biggest air conditioner producers in the world, decided to invest in Manisa to manufacture household air conditioning units for the European market.

The air conditioners, which are planned to be manufactured with robots and humans, will be available in European markets as of 2018.

Mitsubishi Electric Turkey Chairman Masahiro Fujisawa said Turkey's geographic location, economic potential and young population make Turkey an outstanding and priority market for them.
