"Palestine" has been announced as the theme of the third annual International Kayseri Gold Plane Tree Film Festival, which will run from May 5-8. Organized by the Yücel Çakmaklı Film Workshop, this year's film festival was introduced at a press conference at the Yaman Dede Culture and Art House. The festival will include three different categories - National documentaries, national short films and animation films - and prizes will be presented to the filmmakers whose films are deemed worthy by the festival's jury. With this year's theme, the organizers aim to foster cultural interaction between Turkey and Palestine. According to the festival program, 12 films from Palestine will be screened at the cinema hall in Forum Kayseri and the Conference Hall of Erciyes University's Faculty of Communications.When: May 5-8 Where: Various theaters in Kayseri
