The upcoming EU progress report on Turkey will be mainly based on the bloody July 15 coup attempt, the state of emergency in Turkey and the active fight against the Gülenist Terror Group (FETÖ), reports say.

The progress report, which will be released in October, will evaluate Turkey's progress over the last year in its bid for EU membership.
