Germany: ZDF’s famous weather man Ben Wettervogel commits suicide

Germany's famous weather man, Ben Wettervogel, was found dead in his house in Berlin on Tuesday. The 53-year old reporter presented weather forecasts on Germany's public-service television broadcaster ZDF.
Wettervogel allegedly killed himself using a pistol, but his neighbors did not hear the shot since he used a silencer.
Wettervogel's real name was Benedikt Vogel, but he used a last name that translates as 'weather bird' in English for his TV name.
