Pg Art Gallery brings five different artists together at the first exhibition of the season, "Anomaly." Featuring Basako, Kerem Ozan Bayraktar, Melis Buyruk, Yonca Karakas and Ayse Gül Süter, the exhibition focuses on the personal expressions, perception and explanation of the outer reality of figuration. The exhibition showcases the artist's distortion of history based on their own biography, or on the contrary, developing a reality based entirely on fantasy, by presenting humor, tragicomedy and irony through pastiche, illustration, graphics and visuals in a style unique to each artist.
The exhibition displays the relationship between the manipulated reality and the artist's form of expression. It also shows how daily data is perceived by the artists and its application in art. "Anomaly" helps the audience understand the deformation of space, subject and body and the collapse of the ordinary through our imaginary reflexes.
