Chef Yunus Emre Akkor, who has been conducting research on Ottoman cuisine for many years, will present a menu composed of his best recipes to trainees. Soffa is an entertaining culinary workshop where one can learn local Turkish cuisine as well as different cuisines and food cultures from around the world. The workshop does not only aim to teach cooking, but also authentic food cultures as well as thousands of years of culinary history. Besides individual trainings, Soffa offers corporate motivation courses and various entertaining activities within the Chef's Table program.
