A lazy morning concert at Sakıp Sabancı Museum

This week, Sakıp Sabancı Museum will open its doors for the ongoing Istanbul Music Festival. As part of its Weekend Classics program, the Semplice Quartet featuring violinists Murat Anıl Erginol and Yaren Budak, cellist Burak Ayrancı and violist Beste Tıknaz Modiri, will give a Sunday morning concert at the museum garden.

The ensemble's concert repertoire presents "String Quartet No. 14 in G Major" by Mozart, "Elegy" and "Polka" by Shostakovich, "La Oracion del Torero, Op. 34" by Joaquin Turina, "Karahisar Kalesi" (Karahisar Castle) by Oğuzhan Balcı and "Romanian Folk Dances for String Quartet" by Bartok.
