Çukurova Symphonic to perform with Russian virtuoso

The Çukurova State Symphonic Orchestra will share the stage with world-recognized violin virtuoso Svetlin Roussev on Nov. 6. The concert will start at 8 p.m. at the Adana Metropolitan Municipality Concert and Theater Hall with conductor Antonia Pirolli. During the concert, German Romantic-era opera composer Carl Maria von Weber's three-act opera "Der Freischutz" (The Freeshooter) and Johannes Brahms's 1877 composition "Symphony no: 2," which features intense tuba and trombone will be performed. Roussev will play Jean Sibelius's "Violin Concerto, Op. 47."
