Mersin StateOpera and Ballet celebrates International Women's Day with a special concert tonight. The concert will take place at 8 p.m. local time at the Mersin Cultural Center. Soprano Aytül Büyüksaraç from the İzmir State Opera and Ballet will be accompanied by pianist Demet Aytemiz from the Dokuz Eylül University Conservatory on stage. The concert, which will feature Hülya Savaş as the narrator, promises a night of good music with the best compositions by female composers throughout the years.
