Paintingsby Işıl Özışık and miniatures by Raif Aydın are in an exhibition, "Istanbul Dreams," at Artev Art Gallery on March 25. Curated by Nilgün Böcekci, the exhibition features Özışık's watercolor and acrylic works, which predominantly depict many historical and cultural sites in Istanbul and Anatolia. Aydin, known for his miniatures of Istanbul and using turquoise as a signature, presents details of his beloved Istanbul with its seas, ships and seagulls via his delicate brushstrokes. About 40 pieces by Özışık and Aydın's recent works will be displayed in the "Istanbul Dreams" exhibition.
