Countdown begins for 56th International Bursa Festival

Organized by the Bursa Foundation for Culture, Arts and Tourism (BKSTV) in the name of the Bursa Metropolitan Municipality, the 56th International Bursa Festival will start with performances by the Bursa Region State Symphony Orchestra and Anjelika Akbar on June 28 at the Merinos Atatürk Congress and Cultural Center. Gianni Guarracino, Fettah Can, Conductor Ata Demirer, Kadebostany and Madcon will perform during the festival, along with performances of "Frida" by the Ankara State Opera and Ballet and "Arda Boyları," performed by the Samsun State Opera. There will also be a special "Now 90s" theme featured in the scope of the festival.

Under this concept, Yeşim Salkım, Ferda Anıl Yarkın, Reyhan Karaca, Jale, Seçil, Erdal, Hazal, Eda Özülkü and Metin Özülkü will share the same stage in a stunning performance. On the other hand, in the context of the "Turkish Folk Music Casino," Mustafa Keser, Bedia Akartürk, Belkıs Akkale and İzzet Altınmeşe will perform. The 56th International Bursa Festival will blend various cultures with performances from world-renowned artists and the 31st International Altın Karagöz Folk Dance Competition will be held, featuring folk dance ensembles from 23 countries worldwide, including Argentina, Albania, Bangladesh, Belarus, Bulgaria, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Algeria, China, Indonesia, the Philippines, South Korea, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgystan, Kosovo, The Republic of North Cyprus (KKTC), Macedonia, Malaysia, Moldova, Sri Lanka, Chile and the Russian Republic of Tatarstan.
