VS model Candice Swanepoel to open fashion show in Antalya

Victoria's Secret's South African model Candice Swanepoel will appear in the opening catwalk of the Dosso Dossi Fashion Show in Antalya from Wednesday to Dec. 21. The new collections of 150 brands will be introduced at the show venue, which is expected to host 5,000 purchasers from 30 countries. The opening runway show will be held on Thursday along with 50 other fashion shows throughout the event.

Sixty top models will appear at the venue. Hikmet Eraslan, the CEO of Dosso Dossi Fashion Show, said many Russian and Ukrainian participants along with others from European and Middle Eastern countries will attend the show. "We expect guests from Turkic countries, Iran, Lebanon, Jordan and Iraq as well as Germany, Italy and Siberia," Eraslan said, adding that the show celebrates its 10th year. Three hotels in Antalya's Kundu region have been reserved for show participants. Concerts and parties will accompany runway shows during the one-week event. Russian singer Grigory Leps and Romanian singer Otilia Bruma will give concerts at the venue.
