Bank Asya sold its shares equaling 40 percent of the total shares of Tamweel Africa Holding SA, which is a financial services provider, for 24.84 euros per share certificate. According to the announcement made by Bank Asya to the Public Disclosure Platform, Bank Asya has signed the agreement dated Jan. 8, 2015 for the sale of its shares of Tamweel Africa Holding SA to The Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector.
