For the first time this year, Brand Week Istanbul is gathering the giants of gastronomy with its motto "Eat Brand Love" at the Zorlu Performance Arts Center between Nov. 7 and Nov. 9. Renowned local and international chefs, gastro-brands, local producers, startups and social media influencers will take over the stage to present "ideas without borders."
With workshops, the chefs and restaurant managers will talk about the branding of Turkish cuisine, food marketing trends, the importance of gastronomy in tourism and social media's influence on the latest gastronomy trends.
Renowned chefs Aydın Demir, Didem Şenol, Şemsa Denizsel, Kaan Sakarya, Derin Arıbaş, Deniz Temel, Cihan Kıpçak, Üryan Doğmuş and Burak Zafer Sırmaçekici will share their experiences with participants while authors, entrepreneurs and producers will lay an action plan to improve Turkey's place in the gastronomy world on the table.
