Turkish young talents Emre Mor, Ahmet Çalık and Cengiz Ünder scored their first goals for their national team as Turkey defeated Moldova 3-1 in an international friendly late Monday.

Playing in the central Anatolian metropolis of Eskişehir, the Turkish side dominated the game, with Emre Mor sending his first ball into the nets as a national player, making the score to 1-0 in the 14th minute.

Not much after Mor's opener, another youngster Ahmet Çalık performed a successful header, leading his team to a 2-0 lead against the Moldovans.

Another young star Cengiz Ünder then took to the stage against Moldova, also scoring his first goal in a national cap, making the score 3-0 in favor of the Turks.

Moldova's only goal came from Radu Gînsari at 92th minute as the match ended 3-1.

The Turkish national football team has been in good shape recently, as they beat Finland with a decisive win on Friday.

An early double from Cenk Tosun gave Turkey its first-ever home win over Finland in Turkey's Antalya province and carried them to third place in World Cup qualifying Group I with eight points, two behind group leader Croatia.

Ukraine is sitting in second place with eight points, while Finland is in last with just one point.

Turkey's campaign had been a little disappointment until the victory, however the win against Finland keeps hopes alive for next year's World Cup in Russia. Although the Turks are unbeaten in six home qualifiers (W4, D2), Finland has never lost in Turkey, winning three matches and drawing two.
