A barbershop in London, the Ottoman Crew, is offering a unique haircut experience in their shop that is fully decorated with traditional Ottoman motifs.

Being one of the few barbershops using a straight razor in London, the Ottoman Crew not only offers new hairstyles, but also offers experiences such as a straight razor shave with a personal hot towel, eyebrow trimming and ear flaming along with other traditional and modern barber services.

Before the professional barbers begin creating their new look for you, they offer special Turkish coffee served with Turkish delight. You wait for your turn sitting in a traditional Ottoman armchair, which is supposed to give you the effect of feeling like an Ottoman sultan.

The Ottoman Crew also provides a wide selection of haircare products that can be bought from the online shop or purchased when you visit.
Saying that he has been a professional barber for 18 years, Ali Kahraman, the managing director of the Ottoman Crew, said that they tried to blend their professional experience with inspiration gained through knowledge of the Ottoman Empire, which underlies the history and traditions of Turkey.

Emphasizing that appearance and decoration are important factors for customers, they have tried to consider every detail to create the full experience. Kahraman said: "We created this traditional atmosphere together with my friends and realized it has really attracted great attention. Even before we opened our barber shop there were many people asking to take photos of the decoration and items."

Kahraman also emphasized that hygiene is their most important principle, adding: "That's why we use personal hot towels and wash them after every use. Our customers give much importance to the hygiene of the shop, so do we."

According to Kahraman, another factor that appeals to customers is the friendly welcome by the staff. Kahraman said that they are preferred to many competitors because they try to bring a quality haircut, friendly manners and hygiene together.

The Ottoman Crew is located on Oxford Street, Europe's busiest shopping street, and offers service seven days a week.
