Chris Hadfield, first Canadian to walk in space, visits Turkey

Veteran Canadian astronaut Chris Hadfield, who was the first Canadian to walk in space, will attend Turkey Innovation Week taking place from Dec. 3-5 at Istanbul Congress Center.
He will deliver a conference session, "Journey to the Future" on Dec. 4. Spending 21 years as an astronaut, Hadfield flew in space in 1995 as a mission specialist for the first time. With his colorful personality, he received many awards during his term at NASA. He even compiled his compositions made while he was in space in an album "Songs from a Tin Can." Hadfield flew over 70 types of aircraft and has brought the depths of space to people in many organizations for years.
