World-renowned dancers in Antalya for Latin Dance Festival

Organized for the second time at Antalya WOW Hotels, the Antalya Mediterranean Latin Dance Festival will host the all-stars of Latin dances in Turkey for the four-day festival. The festival, which will run between May 19 and May 23, will blend the warm rhythms of Latin Music and the passionate dance moves of Latin dances, and it is expected to welcome more than 1,000 music and Latin dance lovers. Ricardo & Karen, the winners of the last three World Latin Dance Cups, and 8-year-old Kevin, the youngest World Latin Dances Champion in the world, and his partner Gaby, whose videos have received more than 40 million hits on YouTube, will mesmerize the audience with their dance shows. Moreover, SuperMario, who has been teaching people how to dance via his dance videos on YouTube for years, and Jhon Narvaez, who became a legend in the Latin dance world with his discipline, work ethic and his partner from the Salsamania Team, Liz Rojas, will perform.

The winners of the 2013 and 2014 World Latin Dance Cup, Rafael & Carine, as well as the siblings Junior & Emily, who are known for their out-of-world choreographies blending Latin and disco music, will also come to Antalya on May 19. On the other hand, Antalya will host dancers from other categories as well. France's Kizomba champions, world renowned Tony Pirata & Sophie Fox, and bachata champions, Italian duo Andrea & Silvia, Dr. Kizomba, Manuel Dos Santos, who won the hearts of the people of Antalya last year, and salsa and tango dancers Pasty and Dotty will show their moves on the dance floor. El Mulato and Su Swıng Latino, who are among the dancers of the world-renowned singer Jennifer Lopez, and Nina & Zerjon will hit the dance floor and organized workshops for dance lovers for four days.


This year's festival will also offer an opportunity for Turkish Latin dancers to enter the qualifications for the World Latin Dance Cup and compete for prize money. The festival will present $12,000 in prize money to all dancers who will compete in the World Latin Dance Cup in order to encourage and support Latin dancers around the world. The Turkish qualifications will welcome more than 50 Turkish dancers in 14 different categories.
