Turks, South Africans, Brits, Palestinians and Americans are among the injured, the Middle East Monitor (MEMO) claimed in a piece.
The wounds are primarily because of the rubber coated bullets fired by the Israeli troops, the website went on to say.
Jewish settlers were also present in the mosque's grounds and Israeli forces desecrated the sanctuary, MEMO said.
