The State Academic Symphony Orchestra of Russia, a source of pride for Russian music culture, will perform under the baton of maestro Vladimir Jurowski on Tuesday at the İş Sanat Cultural Center.
Listed as one of the most rooted Russian orchestras with its 78 years of history, the State Academic Symphony Orchestra of Russia is composed of distinguished musicians that excel with their powerful performances. The orchestra, which continues its musical journey with Jurowski, who became the art director of the orchestra in 2011, will present a concert revealing Jurowski's touching musicianship and flawless conductorship.
Moreover, Behzod Abduraimov, who entered the music business with the 2009 London International Piano Competition at the age of 18, will accompany the orchestra. Since 2009, the charismatic Uzbek pianist has played with the London Philharmonic and Royal Philharmonic orchestras as well as the Tokyo, Sydney, Atlanta and Indianapolis symphony orchestras.
