ISTANBUL — The Twitter ban has been lifted in Turkey after the constitutional court decided that the access ban was "a violation of rights". President Abdullah Gül also implied that he wanted removal of the bans on his Twitter account a few days earlier. Foreign Minister Davutoğlu said the decision of the constitutional court was being analyzed before the ban was lifted. Davutoğlu, underlined that there is a certain course the government follows.
