Main opposition Republican People's Party (CHP) has left the constitution conciliation committee on the committee's third meeting on Tuesday over the presidential system debate.
Members of the CHP have reportedly left the table, as members of the Justice and Development (AK) Party were discussing the presidential system.
The Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) Deputy Garo Paylan has reportedly said that the committee has been dissolved after the CHP left the table.
The current constitution of Turkey was drafted two years after a military takeover in 1980 and numerous amendments have been made.
Last week the parliamentary Constitution Conciliation Committee held its second meeting, and representatives from the four political parties agreed to take decisions through reaching consensus.
