Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan met Russian President Vladimir Putin in Kyrgyzstan’s Bishkek on Tuesday, on the margins of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). In remarks at the meeting, Erdoğan stated that Turkish-Russian relations were far more advanced compared to the past.
