Towers inspired by fairy chimneys to go on show at Cityscape

Eroğlu Real Estate will be meeting with its investors at one of the world's most prestigious real estate fairs, Cityscpe Global. The company is mostly known for its Skyland Istanbul in Seyrantepe and Harmony Towers located in Nilüfer district of the province of Bursa. Eroğlu will be participating for the third time to Cityscape Global to promote and introduce its crucial projects to investors from all around the world. The company will be presenting its combined projects it has undertaken in the construction filed at the fair to which 280 firms from 28 countries, including 31 Turkish firms attended last year. It is expected that more than 300 participants from 28 different countries to attend the Cityscape Global Fair this year.
Skyland Istanbul, designed by Broadway Malyan, an architecture, urban planning and design company with various projects all around the world inspired by the fairy chimneys in Cappadocia, consists of residential suits, business towers, hotels and shopping centers. The Project will create a very live and dynamic center hosting approximately 12,000 people as it offers easy Access to subway stations, bridges and the main roads. Harmony Towers, with the view of Bursa's famous Uludağ mountain – also the most prestigious ski resorts in Turkey – is the new icon of burse with two towers with 23 and 28 floors, 6-floor terrace houses and an indoor yard.
Eroğlu Gayrimenkul, a group company of leading Eroğlu Holding, focuses on real estate, residences, shopping centers and commercial real estate and completed projects in various districts of Istanbul and also in provinces of Antalya, Bursa and Edirne. The projects scheduled to be completed within the next 4 years is expected to cover 2 million square meters.
