Turkish athlete Ali Kaya wins 3,000m gold at European Indoor Championships

Turkish athlete Ali Kaya won gold medal on Saturday in the Men's 3,000 meters final at the 33rd European Indoor Athletics Championships in Prague.
Kaya broke the championship record by crossing the line in 7:38.42 while Britain's Lee Emanuel won the silver, setting a personal best 7:44.48 and Norway's Henrik Ingebrigtsenmanuel, took bronze.
Another Turkish athlete Karin Melis Mey finished at seventh place with a leap of 6.57m in the Women's Long Jump Final as Serbian Ivana Spanovic took the gold for 6.98m ahead of Germany's Sosthene Taroum Moguenara (6.83) and Romania's Florentina Marincu (6.79).
