The 15-time major champion Tiger Woods will make his first in-person court appearance since his March 27 car crash after multiple delays.

Woods was arrested after the crash near his home when he tried to overtake a power-washing truck at a high rate of speed in his Land Rover.

According to multiple reports citing county records, Woods is scheduled to appear in court in Martin County, Florida, at 8:30 a.m. ET on Tuesday, Sept. 8.

Woods, 50, is facing two misdemeanor counts of DUI involving property damage and refusing a lawful chemical test. He has pleaded not guilty.

The divorced father of two was jailed for at least eight hours under Florida law before being released on bail.

Officers investigating the crash discovered two hydrocodone pills in Woods' pocket and noted physical signs of intoxication. He passed a breathalyzer test with zero alcohol detected but refused to take a urine test.

Since returning to the U.S., his court appearance has been delayed several times as legal proceedings have unfolded. Over the summer, prosecutors won a legal battle granting them access to Woods' hospital records following the accident, as well as his prescription history from the same period.

He also spent time in Zurich, Switzerland, seeking specialized treatment after the two-car accident.

Douglas Duncan represents Woods and has requested a jury trial.
