Ulusoy Seyahat General Manager Mustafa Yıldırım explains that deliberations are ongoing with Varan and states, "The protocol has been completed and we are now at the signing stage. At present, Varan buses are being operated within Ulusoy's system."
Yıldırım also noted that they are awaiting approval from the Competition Board. He also assured that the Varan brand would remain, "We will be creating a new UVB establishment within Ulusoy Holding, which will include the Ulusoy-Varan-Bosfor trio. Just like Havaş and Çelebi, we will also be providing ground services."
