Istanbul has recently become a shopping hub with thousands of tourists coming to buy fashionable clothes at affordable prices. Lately, secondhand shopping in Istanbul has increased with dozens of boutiques selling high-quality fashions. Many of those boutiques are located in Beyoğlu, which is well known for its tourist activity. If you say, "Oldies are the goldies," here are some of the best secondhand and vintage boutiques around town.

Eleni's Vintage

Also called "Evvel Zaman İçinde," Eleni's Vintage is one of the most outstanding boutiques that will enable you to travel back in time from 1920s France to the 1950s. With its wide range of products, including wedding gloves, scarves and lingerie, Eleni's Vintage is a haven for secondhand lovers.

Madam Mare Vintage

Listed as one of the top five secondhand and vintage boutiques in Istanbul, Madam Mare Vintage is where you can find branded glasses, shirts and dresses at affordable prices. It is where vintage lovers find what they are looking for. With its original products and friendly staff, Madam Mare is among the few boutiques that come to mind when it comes to vintage. Its Foursquare rating is 9/10, and it is in a very easy-to-reach location.

By Retro

By Retro is Istanbul's oldest and largest secondhand and vintage boutique with products from the past half-century. Its authentic costumes and dresses make it seem like heaven for those who live in modern times but miss the past. You can also rent costumes for a night or a couple of days. Since the prices are high compared to other secondhand boutiques, renting is likely the better option.

Mozk Vintage

Compared to other secondhand boutiques, Mozk can be classified as Istanbul's priciest boutique. With the highest-quality products, vintage lovers looking for top quality prefer Mozk Vintage. The shop sells vintage perfume bottles, jewelry and many other products that those feeling nostalgic will love. This two-story vintage boutique is absolutely for you, if you want to buy some high-quality pieces.
