Details of the Council of State attack, arranged by deep state organizations in an attempt to drag Turkey into a chaotic and coup-establishing environment, are coming to light.
Seven out of the eight individuals referred to court have been arrested and transferred to the penitentiary. Amongst the detained in the investigation into allegations of tampering with evidence for the Council of State attack, were OYAK's Assistant General Managers and technicians. Video footage taken during the attack was allegedly destroyed by OYAK, a company owned by retired military members.
Nine individuals testified to Special Authority Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor Muammer Akkaş yesterday in the Istanbul Courthouse in Beşiktaş. Following questioning, eight of those individuals were referred to the Istanbul 12th High Criminal Court on duty. One out of the eight referred was released pending trial, while the remaining seven were arrested and transferred to Metris Prison.
