Turkey'sHumanitarian Aid Foundation (İHH) yesterday sent 229 trucks loaded with humanitarian aid to Syria, 75 of which left Istanbul and the remaining departing from other cities across the country. The aid campaign, which is set to send another 250 trucks in the coming days, is promoted as charity's largest aid operation for Syria. The aid delivery is primarily destined for displaced Syrians in areas near the Syrian-Turkish border.
