ANKARA — Turkey's Constitutional Court ruled that a ban on Twitter by Telecommunication Authority (TİB) was unconstitutional and against the European Convention on Human Rights. The court called for the lifting of the ban.
Turkey's telecoms authority TIB blocked access to Twitter on March 21. The Constitutional Court said it had sent its verdict to the TIB and the Transport Ministry.
