Philanthropy Funds launch aid campaign for Soma mine victims

NEW YORK — Worldwide NGOs launched aid campaigns for families of the victims of the coal mining incident in Soma, where an explosion at least 299 mineworkers lost their lives.

One of the prominent Turkish-Americans NGO 'Turkish Philanthropy Funds' (TPF) announced that to convey the generosity and solidarity of Turkish-Americans fund launched the "Soma Disaster Relief Fund."

With 'All donations to deliver the families of the miners who have lost their lives' tag line, TPF urges donors take part in this campaign. The Fund promised to keep donators updated.
