Turkey's major city, Istanbul received heavy rain fall on Saturday, leaving pedestrians stranded in some areas. The sea level once again rose rapidly in the district of Üsküdar, leaving pedestrians, shops and even cars soaked in water.
Heavy down pours gave way to flash floods and left the sea overflowing onto land in some parts of Istanbul. Pictures by agencies showed the sea level meeting with land.
