Twopeople died when flood waters inundated the Saklıkent Canyon, a popular tourist attraction in Muğla, a southwestern Turkish city, on Sunday.
Heavy rains flooded the canyon in Muğla's Seydikemer district which was full of Turkish tourists at the time of the incident.
One of the victims was a man who died of heart failure when surging waters hurled him towards rocks. The body of the second victim was found yesterday. Locals rescued around 50 people trapped in the canyon.
